提出了一种基于可编程片上系统(PSoC)的超声电机快速反应装置用驱动控制器的设计方案,详述了驱动控制器的硬件电路结构和完成相关功能的软件设计方案。将其用于本所自研的超声电机快速反应装置,实验结果验证了设计方案的合理性。与原有的驱动控制器相比,它具有起动时自动调频找到合适速度的能力,稳定性得到改善,电路更简洁,元件数减少。

英文摘要:

A scheme for drive and control for a quick response unit composed of ultrasonic motor was proposed in this paper. The hardware circuit structure and the software designing of relevant functions for the driver were described in detail. The driver was applied to a quick response unit composed of ultrasonic motor. Experimental results showed that this scheme was valid and feasible. Compared with the in being driver, this new driver could modulate the driving frequency automatically to attain the speed needed, and its stability was greatly improved. What's more, it had compact circuit and fewer components.
