为了减小压电泵的体积以便可在新的领域中使用,该文设计了一种新型压电泵。对该型压电泵的驱动原理、机械结构、制造方法和机械性能等进行了研究。首先说明了单腔单压电振子泵的工作原理;接着提出了新型的金属单向阀,这种单向阀为整体开启式,可有效提高阀的使用寿命;然后讨论了该压电泵中组件的加工方法和装配后的整机尺寸的大小;最后介绍了该压电泵在医用胰岛素推注方面的应用。实验结果表明,新型的压电泵可承受背压为30 kPa,泵的整体尺寸为17 mm×20 mm×5 mm,推注液体精度可达到1.2μL。设计制作的整体开启式单向阀的性能稳定可靠、能承受较高背压,该型压电泵具有推注压力高、流量稳定等特点。
A new type of piezoelectric pump has been designed to decrease the size for new applications.The driving principle,mechanical structure,fabrication method and mechanical features of the pump have been studied in this paper.First,the operating principle of the single chamber and single vibrator pump was introduced.Then,a new type of metal check valve was proposed.This new valve was a whole action check valve thus the service life could be increased.The fabrication practice of the pump's components and the size of the assembled pump are discussed.Finally,the application of the piezoelectric pump to the insulin injecting was presented.Experimental results indicated that the new piezoelectric pump could support a back pressure of 30 kPa and the whole size of the pump is 17 mm by 20 mm by 5 mm.The injecting precision of the new piezoelectric pump was up to 1.2 μL.The reliability of the whole action metal check valve is excellent,and it can bear higher back pressure.The piezoelectric pump has the features of high injecting pressure and stable flow.
