介绍了PSoC的特点,提出了一种基于可编程片上系统PSoC的超声电机小型驱动器的设计方法,详述了驱动器的硬件电路结构和完成相关功能的软件设计方案,并利用PSoC芯片CY8C29466作为主控制器设计了驱动器,用于驱动TRUM60型超声电机,实验结果验证了设计方案的合理性。与原有驱动器相比,稳定性得到了改善,电路更加简洁,元件数减少。
This paper introduced the feature of PSoC and proposed a scheme for a new ultrasonic motor driver. The hardware circuit structure and the software designing of relevant functions for the driver were described in detail. A micro-driver using PSoC chip CY8C29466 as the main controller was designed. The micro-drive was applied to the ultrasonic motor, of which the stator's diameter is 60 mm. Experimental results show that this scheme is valid and feasible. Compared with present drivers, its stability was greatly improved. What's more, it had compact circuit and fewer components.
