针对一种新型的模态转换型超声电机,提出了通过改变工作频率实现模态转换型超声电机正/反向转动的方法.利用通用有限元分析软件ANSYS对电机定子进行了模态分析和谐响应分析,仿真结果揭示了电机在不同工作频率下实现正/反向转动的原理以及影响电机正/反转的主要结构参数.根据分析结果设计制作的模态转换超声电机原理型样机可实现正/反转,正转频率为53150Hz,空载转速为852r/min,堵转力矩为0.2N·m;反转频率为60345Hz,空载转速为100r/min,堵转力矩为0.04N·m.
A research on a new type of ultrasonic motor is carried out by using a longitudinal-torsional convertor with Oblique Slots.And a method to realize the positive and negative rotation of the ultrasonic motor is presented by using mode conversion by changing the working frequency.Modal analysis and harmonic response to the stator is carried out by using general finite element analytical software ANSYS.The simulation result reveals the principle that the motor realizes positive and negative rotation under different working frequencies,and several main structure parameters which influence the positive and negative rotation of the motor.The ultrasonic motor using mode conversion,which is designed by the analysis results,can realize positive and negative rotation.The positive rotation frequency is 53 150 Hz,the no-load speed is 852 r /min and the hold torque is 0.2 N·m.The negative rotation frequency is 60 345 Hz,the no-load speed is 100 r /min and the hold torque is 0.04 N·m.
