分析了直线型超声电机理想夹持模型与实际夹持模型的差别,并提出了实际夹持模型应满足的要求。针对南京航空航天大学精密驱动研究所研制的双变幅杆V型直线超声电机提出了基于柔性铰链结构的夹持方案,此方案显著地提高了电机的机械性能及稳定性,电机的最大输出力达28.8 N。通过实验研究了不同弹性元件对直线电机输出性能的影响,并对直线电机所使用的弹性元件提出了要求。
The difference between the ideal clamping model and the actual clamping model of linear ultrasonic motor was analyzed in this paper,and the requirements which the actual clamping model should meet were proposed.A new attachment scheme of flexible hinge for V-shape linear ultrasonic motor based on amplifier pole was proposed,and the linear ultrasonic motor was developed by precision driving laboratory Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.The scheme can improve the mechanical properties and stability of linear motor significantly,its maximum output force was up to 28.8 N.The effect of different elastic component on the out performance of linear motor was studied by experiment,and the requirements of elastic components were proposed.
