针对目前直线超声电机夹持装置存在的问题,提出了合理的夹持装置应满足的条件,并针对V型定子设计了新的夹持结构,基于三滚子结构的夹持方案。通过电机的机械特性的测试及对比分析可以得出,新的夹持结构下电机的输出力得到显著提高,最大输出力由原来的20 N增至26.8 N。提出将电机的速度波动作为衡量其性能稳定性的指标,通过对比试验分析了影响电机性能稳定性的因素,并提出了改善电机稳定性的方法。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the clamping device of a linear ultrasonic motor, proposes the conditions that a reasonable clamping device should meet, and designs a new device for clamping a V-shape sta- tor by using the three-roller clamping scheme. The mechanical properties of the linear ultrasonic motor are tested and the test results are compared. The comparison results show that our new damping device significantly increases the linear ultrasonic motor's output force, with its maximum output force increasing from 20 N to 26.8 N. The pa- per proposes that the speed fluctuation of the linear ultrasonic motor should be used to assess its stability, analyzes the factors that may influence its stability and finally puts forward our method for enhancing its stability.
