斜槽式纵扭模态转换型超声电机在不同摩擦副下的负载特性研究

研究斜槽式纵扭模态转换型超声电机在各种类型摩擦副下的负载特性。实验中定/转子接触面分别采用多种材料,形成硬/软、软/硬以及硬/硬搭配的各种摩擦副。当采用软/硬摩擦副时,电机转速慢、转矩小、效率低,而采用硬/软摩擦副时,电机负载特性明显提高。研究定子摩擦面开齿对电机的影响,实验显示定子摩擦面开齿能显著改善定转子摩擦面磨损情况,使电机运行平稳,电机负载特性较不开齿有所提高。实际研制的直径为15 mm的样机,堵转力矩可达0.32 N×m,空载转速最高达1 325 r/min,效率达到了32.3%。

英文摘要:

Load characteristics of ultrasonic rotary motors using longitudinal-torsional vibration convertor with diagonal slits under various friction pairs were studied. Applying various friction materials to the surfaces of stator and rotor, various friction pairs of hard/soft, soft/hard, hard/hard were got. The motor has low velocity, small torque and low efficiency when the soft/hard friction pairs are adopted. However, the load characteristics are significantly improved when the hard/soft friction pairs are adopted. Experiments show when the tooth are cut and formed on the surface of the stator, the wear and tear of the friction surface is reduced, the motor operates smoothly, and load characteristics are improved. 15 mm-diameter prototypes were developed, maximum torque over 0.32 N×m, velocity of 1 325 r/min and efficiency of 32.3% are obtained.
