控制量独立可调的超声电机新型驱动器

提出了一种基于PSoC(可编程片上系统)的行波超声电机(TRUM)驱动器。电路包括幅值可调的DC/DC推挽升压电路和频率可调的DC/AC半桥逆变电路。升压电路将15V直流电提升到250~400V高压,并通过电压反馈稳定该电压。半桥电路将该高压输出两路相位相差90°的方波电压,用于直接驱动超声电机。通过检测电机孤极电压并调节电机驱动频率来稳定该电压,从而稳定电机转速。所有的控制功能都由一片PSoC芯片实现。通过对一直径45mm的超声电机进行试验,证明了电机的驱动电压幅值和频率是可以独立调节的,为超声电机的控制提供了一个很好的方法。

英文摘要:

A novel driver for the traveling-wave ultrasonic motor (TRUM) based on PSoC is proposed.The driver is mainly composed of two parts:the first part is a push-pull DC/DC converter which enhances 15 V DC voltage to a high voltage of 250-400 V and can be adjusted and stabilized according to the status of the motor;the second is a half bridge DC/AC inverter composed by two bridge arms,its DC input is the output of the first part,and the outputs are two phases of high voltage square wave with 90 degree difference.The developed system includes two feedback loops:voltage control loop that is used to stabilize the output voltage of the DC/DC converter and resonant frequency-tracking loop that can keep the status of the motor stable.An ultrasonic motor with 45 mm diameter is used in this study.Experimental results show that the new driver can realize the independently controlling voltage amplitude and frequency of driving voltage and provides a good method for the status adjustment of the motor.
