提出了一种基于可编程片上系统(PsoC)的超声电机小型驱动电源的设计方案,详述了该电源的硬件电路结构和完成相关功能的软件设计方案,并用它驱动自制的TRUM45行波型超声电机,实验结果验证了设计方案的合理性。与使用分立元件的普通驱动电源相比,其元件数与体积分别减少了56%和50%,并具有电路简洁,保密性高,调节方便和运行稳定等优点。

英文摘要:

A scheme for a micro-driver for ultrasonic motor was proposed. And then the hardware circuit structure and software designing of relevant functions for the driver was expounded in detail. The circuit was applied to a traveling-wave ultrasonic motor, of which the stator's diameter is 45 mm. Experimental results showed that this scheme was valid and feasible. Compared with traditional driver using separate logical circuit, this micro-driver could be reduced hy 56% in element numbers and near 50% in volume. Further more, it had several advantages, such as compact circuit,good secret keeping, and convenient regulation, steady running and so on.
