Considering the situation that a server can provide two phase heterogeneous service on the negative customer M/G/1 system, a positive customer may receive the second phase heterogeneous service with a probability of 0 (0 ≤ θ≤1) after the first one, or leave with a probability ofl - 0 based on the " First come. First serve" discipline. Negative customer wasn' t served, and was only used to conceal the positive customer. By the method of supplemental variable and the state transfer analyses, queues generating function has been attained.
