This paper concerns an M^X/G/1 G-queue with Bernoulli feedback and single vacation policy. Negative customers remove positive customer at the head of the queue who is being served. Just after completion of his service, a positive customer may leave the system with probability θ(0〈θ≤1), or feedback with probability 1-θ. By use of the supplemental variable method, the queue's generating function has been obtained.
