This paper studies a repairable M/G/1 Queuing system with negative arrivals under multiple vacation policy in which the mechanism of negative customers is not only take positive customers being served away. But also to make the server under repair. By use of the supplementary variable and generating function approach, we derive some important indexes such as the necessary and sufficient condition for the system to be stable, the probability generating function of the system size, the Laplace transformation of the reliability function.
