Consider the situation that the server can provide two-phase heterogeneous service on the negative customer M/(G1/G2)/1 system. Based on the 'First come, first serve' discipline, a positive customer may receive the second phase heterogeneous service with probability 0(0≤0≤1) after the first one, or leave with probability 1-θ. Negative customer is not served, and removes the positive customer of the head who is on served. The tactics of 'exhaustive service and single vacation' is discussed here. By the method of supplemental variable and the state transfer analysis, queues' generating function is abtained.
