长期过量碘摄入可使母鼠血清TT4显著升高,TT3显著降低,肝、肾1型脱碘酶活性呈剂量依赖性的降低。12.5d胎盘和19.5d子宫2型脱碘酶的活性显著降低,19.5d子宫3型脱碘酶的活性显著升高。结果提示,过量碘对母鼠-胚胎甲状腺激素代谢的影响可能是过量碘影响胚胎发育的重要途径。
Long-term excessive iodine intake resulted m an increased TT4 level ana a aecreased TT3 level in maternal serum, meanwhile, hepatic and renal type 1 deiodinase activity decreased dose-dependently. A significant reduction in type 2 deiodinase ( D2 ) activity of 12.5 d placenta was found in 3.0 mg/L or above groups. For 19.5 d uterus, D2 activity decreased and type 3 deiodinase activity increased. The results suggest that excessive iodine has an effect on the embryonic development by regulating maternal-fetal thyroid hormone metabolism.
