The urbanization of the new generation of migrant workers is a major practical issue which concerns the process of urbanization in China. The key of constrains of this problem lies in policy, culture and migrant workers themselves. In order to promote the process of the urbanization of the new generation of migrant workers, we must update our typical concepts and change the thought pattern of binary opposition to elevating this process by institutional, training and concept innovation.
