Private enterprises become the main factor for economic growth, and the ration of private economy to national economy is high. Sustainable development of private enterprises has aroused active research in both of academic and business circles. Taking Halin corporation as an example, this article analyzes the harm that can be done by household management to the private economy, and proposes some measures to be taken to ensure a sustainable development of private enterprise.
