天津是一个干旱且极易发生暴雨内涝的直辖市。通过介绍与暴雨关系密切的天津市概况,选用天津市境内及其周边66个雨量站的观测资料,在统计计算10min,0.5h,1h,3h,6h,12h,24h,3d和7d这9个时段的年最大暴雨量均值和极值的基础上,研究了9个时段年最大暴雨量均值和极值在天津市境内的空间分布规律。对于认识天津市暴雨特性,指导暴雨观测和防灾减灾具有重要意义。
Drought and rainstorm occur frequently in Tianjin municipality. The general condition closely related to the occurrence of rainstorm in Tianjin were introduced. The observation datas were selected from 66 rainfall stations and the boundany of Tianjin. The statistical data of the average annual maximum rainstorm and the extreme annual maximum rainstorm in 10 min,0.5 h,1 h,3 h,6 h,12 h, 24 h,3 d and 7 d were obtained. The spatial distribution in these 9 durations was researched,which was significant to understand rainstorm characteristics of Tianjin as well as to instruct rainstorm observation and prevent flood disasters.
