利用有限元法计算了不同工况下水泥路面板的温度应力,包括不同的面板尺寸、板厚和基层顶面当量回弹模量.结果表明:板内温度应力随着板尺寸的减小而减小,板平面尺寸由4m×5m变化到3.5m×3m时,温度应力减小幅度并不大;当板平面尺寸小于3.5m×3m时,温度应力减小幅度比较大,降低幅度约为20%~30%.因此,减小板的平面尺寸能够有效地降低板内的温度应力,提高使用寿命.
Temperature warping stresses of cement road slab were calculated by finite element a- nalysis under different working conditions, including different sizes, thicknesses, and equivalent resilience modulus. Results show that slab temperature warping stress decreases with the de- crease of the size of slab. The reduction of temperature stress is not large when slab size changes from 4 m×5 m to 3.5 m×3 m, while it decreases quicker when the slab plane size is less than 3.5 m×3 m, whose reduction is between 20% and 30%. Therefore, the reduction of slab plane size can effectively reduce the temperature stress in the slab and prolong the service life.
