在聚胺的基础上,引入硅醇成膜基团,形成了新一代胺基硅醇强抑制剂,本文对该新型抑制剂进行了评价。从分子结构上胺基硅醇同时具备了聚胺强抑制和硅醇成膜特征。膨胀率、黏附量实验表明,同为2%浓度的胺基硅醇线性膨胀率低于渤海常用的抑制剂小阳离子和有机正电胶的10%以上,在高含钻屑工况下能有效减少黏附量,并能够在岩石表面形成较好的疏水膜。考察1.5%胺基硅醇对渤海常用的PLUS/KCl钻井液性能影响表明,该处理剂对流变性影响小,能有效提高钻井液体系的抑制性,保持钻井液体系的抗污染能力。鉴于实验评价结果,新型胺基硅醇强抑制剂具备在油气钻探中推广应用前景。
Amidocyanogen silanol is new generation inhibitor formation by introduce silanol group into amine. Base on molecular structure, the Amidocyanogen silanol both have the inhibitor of polyamine and film build of silanol. Swelling and adherency experiments show that the swelling rate of 2 %HAS is 10 % lower than the same content JPC and JHM-YJ used in Bohai bay, HAS can efficient reduce adherency in high drilling cutting content, also can build hydrophobic film on rack surface. Putting 1.5 %HAS into PLUS/KCl drilling fluid used in Bohai bay show that the Amidocyanogen silanol have little effect on rheology parameters,can enhance inhibitor of the drilling fluid, and keeping anti-pollution capacity of the mud system. In view of the appraise results, the new kind of Amidocyanogen silanol inhibitor having broad prospect in application in oil and gas exploration in the future.
