目的通过对中国航天科工集团职工(航天职工)院外急救知识与技能进行现状调查及系统培训,为航天职工制定针对性的、有效的急救技能培训方案并进行培训效果评价。方法培训前,采用调查问卷的方法调查航天职工急救知识需求情况;培训前后使用相同的急救知识考核评分表评价学员对急救知识的知晓情况,从而评价此次培训效果。结果93.6%的航天职工的培训动机为自愿学习,在培训前航天职工急救知识平均(36.48±14.81)分、合格率12.32%,培训后平均分达(77.05±13.65)分、合格率91.63%,在心肺复苏和现场创伤急救培训考核中通过率分别达到93.82%、88.13%。结论航天职工表达了对院外急救知识与技能培训的强烈需求,经培训后航天职工对急救知识的认知水平得到了显著的提高,培训效果较满意。
Objective To develop a targeted and effective first aid skills training program and evaluate its effectiveness by investigation and training on the knowledge and skills of prehospital first aid for China aerospace seien and industry corp. staff. Methods Investigation on emergency knowledge needs of the staff by questionnaires before training; Use the same rating scale to assess the first aid knowledge of trainees before and after the training, by which we can evaluate the training effectiveness. Results 93.6% of the staff said that the motivation to participate in the training is voluntary learning. The theoretical test average score of trainees is 36.48± 14.81 and the pass rate is 12.32%,however, after the training the average score and the pass rate is 77.05±13.65 and 91.63%. In the Cardiopulmonary resuscitation training assessment and the trauma first aid training assessment, the pass rate is 93.82% and 88.13%. Conclusion The staff expressed a strong demand for prehospital knowledge and skills training. The staff has a poor knowledge of first aid before training, and their awareness of first aid knowledge has been significantly improved after this prehospital first aid knowledge and skills training.
