This paper explores the role and significance of the evaluation of passive ultra low-energy residential buildings rating and puts forward the evaluation method of passive ultra-low power residential buildings rating with Chinese characteristics,adapted national conditions of China and stronger operational. The evaluation work covers the whole process of design and construction,including the design phase,construction phase and after assessment.This paper not only gives detailed technical requirements and technical conditions for each part,but also sets up the evaluation program and step. It provides the passive ultra-low power residential buildings rating with technical support and technical reserves.
