锦屏磷矿现有矿渣2300万m~3,堆放在尾矿库占用土地、污染环境。利用瘠性磷矿渣生产建设材料,既能消耗磷矿渣,又能节约砂石资源。为助推锦屏瘠性磷矿渣资源化利用,测试了锦屏磷矿渣的基本性能,并对其生产砂浆和低强度混凝土进行了试验研究。研究发现:锦屏磷矿渣放射性符合建材标准,无毒无害,可以用于生产建设材料,其主要化学成分为氧化钙、氧化镁和氧化硅,主要矿物为存在解理的白云石、方解石、白云母,宜作为瘠性填料用于建设材料生产。锦屏瘠性磷矿渣砂浆强度可达20 MPa以上,并给出了强度计算经验式和常用配方设计配比。适宜掺量的瘠性磷矿渣可将混凝土的强度提高10%,同时提高强度均匀性,锦屏瘠性磷矿渣混凝土可用于填充墙、柔性桩、防渗墙和路基。
There are 23 million m~3 phosphorus slag occupying the land of tailings dam and polluting the environment.Recycling the unreactive phosphorus slag to produce construction materials,can not only consume phosphorus slag,but also save resources of sand and gravel.In order to boost the recycling use of phosphorus slag in Jinping mine,the basic performances of the slag were tested,and laboratory tests were conducted to evaluate the feasibility of producing mortar or low-strength concrete with phosphorus slag.The results showed that,Jinping unactive phosphate slag were safe when being recycled to produce construction materials accord with radioactive and toxicity.Its main chemical compositions were calcium oxide,magnesium oxide and silicon oxide,and the main mineral included dolomite,calcite,and white mica with cleavage.As a result,it could be used as unactive fillers for construction materials.The strength of mortar made of Jinping phosphorus slag could reach 20 MPa with calculation formula presented,and the commonly used material ratios were given.The appropriate content of phosphorus slag improved the strength of concrete by 10%,and the uniformity were increased at the same time.The concrete with Jinping phosphorus slag could be used in filler wall,flexible pile and roadbed.
