为研究子宫内膜异位症患者在位内膜的分子生物学特质,采用免疫组化方法检测56例子宫内膜异位症患者(研究组)及35例肌间型子宫肌瘤患者(对照组)的在位内膜中基质金属蛋自酶9(MMP9)及其抑制剂(TIMP1),血管内皮生长因子(VEGF),雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)的表达,利用图像分析仪测定相应密度代表其表达强度,发现研究组中MMP9、VEGF的表达及MMPg/TIMP1的比值均显著高于对照组,且ER丧失周期性变化规律.得出子宫内膜异位症患者在位内膜中MMP9、VEGF高表达及ER丧失周期性变化规律的分子生物学特质可能与子宫内膜异位症的发生发展有关的结论.
To study the idiosyncracy of the eutopic endometrium in patients with endometriosis. The expressions of MMP9, TIMP1, VEGF,ER and PR in eutopic endometrium were defected by immunohistochemistry SP method in 56 patients with endometriosis (study group) and in 35 patients with uterine fibroid ( control group). Image dissector is used to determine that corresponding density represents its expression intensity. In eutopic endometrium, the expressions of MMP9 and VEGF, the ratio of MMP9 and TIMP1 are higher than that of the control group, and the expressiom of ER lose the character of changing in a phase-depended manner during the menstrual cycle. The idiosyncracy of the eutopic endometrium in patients with endometriosis about of the high expressions of MMP9 and VEGF and the expressions of ER losing the character of changing in a phase-depended manner during the menstrual cycle may be related to the pathogenesis of EM.
