在水利信息化综合集成服务平台基础上,将水库调度、洪水演进模型及其求解算法封装成组件,建立水库调度算法和洪水演进参数估计方法组件库。在水库调度和洪水演进的基础上提出正向和反向调节2种错峰调度方式,并将其应用于渭河流域洪水演进及错峰调度,结果表明,在组件化的应用环境下,2种调节方式能够有效地削弱洪峰,达到防洪减灾的目的,同时实现"人机交互"的应用模式。
Based on the integrated service platform of water resources informatization, reservoir regulation model, flood evolution model and its algorithm can be encapsulated into components, which are used to establish component gallery of reservoir regulation and parameter estimation of flood routing. The paper proposes two methods of positive and reverse regulations for flood peak-alternation on the basis of reservoir regulation and flood routing. The two methods have already been used for flood routing and peak-alternation regulation in Wei river basin. The results show that in component-based application environment, the two methods can effectively reduce the flood peaks, and achieve purposes of flood control and disaster relief. At the same time, man-computer interaction is also realized.
