Team is a basic unit in organizational learning and one of important chief part bodies in learning-type organization. The concepts of team learning and learning teams were defined and nine team learning behaviors and capabilities were given. Its measurement model was built, after the defi- nition of the team learning capability was given. The measurement model for the team capability was statistically tested through 513 samples from four Chinese IT companies. The results show that the reliability and validity of this model were verified and the team learning capability is correlated positively to the team performance.
