在文献研究的基础上,建立了假设模型,基于10个企业68个团队350个个体的样本数据,验证了该模型.结果表明:个体从经验中学习的“知”“行”维度与个体基本任务绩效和组织公民行为都显著正相关;个体对学习导向3个维度的感知对个体从经验中学习的“知”“行”维度有不同的影响;个体从经验中学习在感知的学习导向与个体绩效间起部分中介作用.
This paper, based on the literature review, hypothesis model is established, testes the model with the 350 indi- vidual sample data from 10 finns and 68 teams. The result shows that : knowing and doing dimensions of individual learning from experience are positively related to individual basic task performance and organizational citizenship behavior; the three dimensions of individual perceived learning orientation have different influence on knowing and doing dimensions of individual learning from experience; individual learning from experience partially mediates the relationship between perceived learning orientation and individual performance.
