为了研究聚酯纤维与硅藻土、抗车辙剂复配下沥青混合料的路用性能,分析了聚酯纤维掺量变化对沥青混合料路用性能的影响,从而确定出聚酯纤维的最佳掺量,且优化了硅藻土的掺量。通过与基质沥青、SBS改性沥青混合料路用性能的对比得出:聚酯纤维与硅藻土、抗车辙剂复配,其各项路用性能相较于基质沥青混合料均有大幅度提高;相比于SBS改性沥青混合料,其高温稳定性、水稳定性以及抗疲劳性改善效果明显,但两者的低温抗裂性能差异性不大。
The pavement performance of asphalt mixture blended with polyester fibre, diatomite and anti-rutting agent was studied. By analyzing the influence of the variation in polyester fibre content on the pavement performance of asphalt mixture, optimum content of polyester fibre was determined, and the content of diatomite was optimized. The conclusion was drawn that the pavement performance of asphalt mixture modified with polyester fibre, diatomite and anti- rutting agent is noticeably better than that of matrix asphalt; compared with SBS modified asphalt mixture, the improvement of high temperature stability, water stability and fatigue resistance is obvious, but the difference of crack resistance at low temperature is not significant.
