基于广东省农村转移劳动力的问卷调查数据,实证分析就业能力、就业稳定性与农村转移劳动力城市融入之间的关系,并从理论上阐述其作用机理。结果表明,农村转移劳动力就业能力与其就业稳定性之间存在相互促进关系,就业能力对其城市融入具有显著正向影响,就业稳定性对其城市融入未通过显著性检验;影响农村转移劳动力就业能力最重要的因素是就业技能,经济融入对农村转移劳动力城市融入起着关键作用。
英文摘要：
On the basis of survey data of transferred rural labors in Guangdong Province,this paper investigated the relationship and elaborated on the function of the mechanism among employability,employment stability and transferred rural labors＇ city integration.Results show that： transferred rural labor＇s employability and employment stability have mutual promotion relation,that employability has a significant and positive impact on transferred rural labor＇s city integration while employment stability has no significant impact on city integration; the most important factor affecting transferred rural labor＇s employability is the employment skills,and economic integration can be confirmed as a key player in city integration.
