目的：评价红茶水外洗辅助治疗对新生儿红臀康复进程的影响。方法：选取2014年7月-2015年3月间妇产科新生儿300例，将其随机分为观察组（n=150）和对照组（n=150）；观察组新生儿每次便后采用红茶水清洗外阴和臀部，抹干后电吹风吹干，对照组新生儿每次便后采用温清水清洗，抹干、外涂适量的婴儿护臀霜，评价红茶水外洗用于预防新生儿红臀的疗效；将对照组新生儿中发生红臀的婴儿再随机分成Al组（n=80）和A2组（n=70），Al组患儿给予便后用隔夜浸泡的温红茶水清洗，抹干，电吹风吹干的方法治疗；A2组患儿给予便后红臀处涂适量金霉素眼膏治疗；比较新生儿红臀发生率及观察组红臀患儿疼痛程度和治愈时间。结果：观察组新生儿红臀发生率为2．67％低于对照组为25．33％（P〈0．05）；Al组患儿治疗3d后NIPS评分值（1．3±0．9）分低于A2组为（3．0±1．1）分，治愈时间为（3．2±0．4）d明显少于A2组为（5．7±2．8）d（P〈0．05）。结论：采用红茶水外洗能有效预防新生儿红臀发生，减轻红臀发生程度，缩短治愈时间，减轻疼痛，确保患儿的健康成长。

英文摘要：

Objective： To study the efficacy of rehabilitation process by washing with black tea solution in new- borns with red buttock. Methods： 300 cases of newborns who were born in gynaecology-obstetrics, between July 2014 and March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group （n=150） and the control group （n=150）. Newborns in the observation group were treated by black tea solution washing to clean the vulva and buttock after re- lief, then wiped and dried with hair drier. Newborns in the control group were washed with warm solution, then wiped and coated with appropriate amount of baby cream. The effects of black tea solution washing in preventing neonatal red buttock were observed. Newborns who had red buttock in the control group were randomly divided into group A1 （n= 80） and group A2 （n=70）. Group A1 was treated with overnight soaking warm red tea solution for cleaning, wiped and dried with hair drier after relief; Group A2 applied appropriate amount of chlortetracycline eye ointment on red buttock. The occurrence of neonatal red buttock in the two groups was observed and compared. The pain degree and healing time of red buttock in the observation group were observed. Results： The incidence rate of neonatal red buttock in the observation group （2.67%） was significantly lower than that in the control group （25.33%）（P〈0.05）. On the 3 rd day of treatment, NIPS score in group A1 （1.3±0.9） was significantly lower than that in group A2 and cure time （3.2±0.4） d was significantly shorter than that in group A2 （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Black tea solution washing can effectively pre- vent neonatal red buttock, reduce the degree of red buttock, shorten the healing time and relieve pain and ensuring chil- dren＇s health and safety.
