研究了以硫酸钛白工业中间产物偏钛酸为原料,一步水热法合成尖晶石型Li4Ti5O12,考察了锂钛物质的量比、温度和反应时间对合成产物的影响,用XRD和SEM对产物结构和形貌进行表征,最后用所制得的钛酸锂活性材料组装CR2016扣式电池并对其性能进行测试。结果表明:在锂钛物质的量比0.85、反应温度1704200℃、反应时间24h条件下,可以得到纯净的尖晶石型钛酸锂;其XRD衍射峰与标准衍射峰(PDF#26-1198)基本一致;其电学性能良好,0.1C倍率下首次充放电容量达161.08mAh/g,效率为99.07%,100次循环后容量仍保持90.6%。
Using metatitanic acid and lithium hydroxide as raw material, spinel type Li4Ti5O12 was prepared by one step hydrothermal synthesis method. The effects of molar ratio of Li and Ti, reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated. The structure and morphology of lithium titanate prepared was characterized by XRD and SEM, and the battery performance through assembling the CR2016 lithium ion button battery was tested. Experimental results show that pure spinel type lithium titanate can be obtained under the conditions of molar ratio of Li and Ti of 0.85, reaction temperature of 170--200℃ ,reaction time of 24 h,which the diffraction peaks are corresponding with the peaks on standard card(PDF# 26-1198). The product has good electrical properties,the first charge/discharge capacity reachs 161.08 mAh/g and the efficiency is 99.07% ,the capacity retention rate is 90.6% after 100 times charge/discharge cycles at 0.1 C.
