目的了解医护患对静脉药品集中调配中心(PIVAS)的满意度,探讨PDCA循环对PIVAS工作流程优化的可行性。方法针对2015年7月~2016年6月开展的PDCA活动设计满意度调查表,2016年下半年分别对医护患三方进行满意度问卷调查,汇总并分析调查结果,并与2015年的临床满意度调查和患者满意度调查数据进行比较。结果临床科室的总体满意率为97.92%,比2015年提高了14.92%;患者的总体满意率为83.83%,比2015年提高了1.33%。结论 PDCA循环有助于PIVAS工作流程的持续改进,能够提高临床科室和患者满意度,有助于协助临床日常工作。
Objective To understand the satisfaction degree of the pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS), and to explore the feasibility of PDCA cycle in optimizing the workflow of PIVAS.Methods The satisfaction questionnaire was designed for the PDCA activities from July 2015 to June 2016,and the satisfaction survey was conducted in the second half of 2016 on the doctors,the nurses and the patients.The survey results were summarized and analyzed, and compared with the satisfaction survey data of clinical department and satisfaction survey data of patient in 2015. Results The overall satisfaction rate was 97.92% in the clinical department,compared with 2015 increased by 14.92%, and the overall satisfaction rate of patients was 83.83%,compared with 2015 increased by 1.33%.Conclusion PDCA cycle is benefited to improve the workflow of the PIVAS continuously,which can improve the satisfaction of clinical departments and patient,and will contribute to assist the daily work of clinical.
