Teaching practicum is the main body of the normal university practical curriculum and a major component of the teacher and educator training plan. Unfortunately, the conventional teaching practicum has not received its expected theoretical benefit. The theoretical exploration of the experiential learning may revolutionize the thinking mode of teaching practieum, clarify the essence of teaching praeticum and establish a strong theoretical foundation for the reform of teaching practicum.
