貂绒纤维的脱色漂白是一种难度较大并对最终产品品质影响显著的湿加工工艺。本文主要以金属离子催化剂、保护剂、温度、时间和pH值等为变量,对貂绒纤维进行预媒处理,经清洗和双氧水漂白后,依据白度和失重率等性能对预媒处理工艺进行优化,得出貂绒纤维选择性漂白预媒处理的优化工艺:硫酸亚铁浓度5%(owf)、次亚磷酸钠10g/L、甲酸调节pH值至3~4、70℃条件下预处理30min。
The decoloration and bleaching of mink cashmere fibers is a kind of difficult wet processing which can influence the quality of final product. This paper mainly studies the influence of the metal ion catalysts, protecting agent, temperature, time and pH, etc. on the pretreatment of the selective bleaching of mink cashmere fibers, optimization of the pretreatment processes in terms of the whiteness and weight lost measured after washing and hydrogen peroxide bleaching. The optimized pretreatment parameters for the selective bleaching of mink cashmere fiber are as followed, 25% of Sulfate Ferrous, 10g/L of sodium hypophosphite, pH value 3-4 adjusted with formic acid, at 70℃ for 30min.
