Core-shell structured nanofiber is a kind of functional composite prepared by immersion coating,chemical conjunctions,blend electrospinning and coaxial electrospinning and so on.This paper focused on introduction of the preparation of core-shell structured composite nanofibers by co-electrospinning.Potential applications of composite nanofiber with core-shell structure in tissue engineering,drug encapsulation,catalysis and other fields were reviewed.
