采用溶液共混法制备了PVC膜材涂层,通过TG、DSC、SEM和动态光散射粒度分析仪等研究DINP、Ba-Zn和CaCO3粒子对涂层性能的影响。结果表明:PVC膜材涂层中添加DINP可减小涂层的粘度;Ba-Zn可提高涂层的热稳定性能;采用超声法对超微细CaCO3/乙醇共混体系进行处理减小了团聚程度;PVC膜材涂层中添加超细重质CaCO3粒子时,与添加超微细CaCO3粒子时相比,涂层表面平整性较好。
PVC membrane structure materials are prepared with the solution blending method,and the effect of DINP,Ba-Zn and CaCO3 particles on the properties of coatings is studied by TG,DSC,SEM and dynamic light scattering particle size analyzer.The experimental results indicated that the viscosity of PVC membranes can reduce by adding DINP.Their thermal stability can be improved by Ba-Zn;The agglomeration of ultrafine CaCO3/ethanol blends are reduced by using ultrasonic method;When superfine heavy CaCO3 particles are added into the PVC membranes,the roughness of their surface is better,comparing to ultrafine CaCO3 particles.
