为深入了解沿锚索外露段的摩擦火花产生的机理,分析了井下锚索的受力过程.利用研制的锚索冲击拉伸实验装置,对锚索冲击受拉下的破坏形式及产生摩擦火花的可能性进行了实验.结果表明:质量完好的锚索在80kN以上的张拉力下不能发生拉脱,但在50kN以下的张拉力下具有整束或单股钢绞线拉脱产生火花的可能.结合现场情况认为锚索冲击拉伸摩擦火花产生的前提条件是:1)锚索能够发生冲击拉伸;2)锚索钢绞线受力不均或夹片排列不齐整.
The mechanism by which frictional sparks are formed along the outer part of anchor ropes was investigated by analyzing the loads on the rope. The anchor rope suffers impact at coal face corners during use in underground roadways. A device was designed to test the failure of the rope under impact loading and to analyze the possibility of spark formation. The results show that intact rope can not be pulled apart from its anchor at tensions of 80 kN during impact. If the tenside load is below 50 kN, an individual steel stand or a whele rope may be pulled out from the anchor. The occurrence of sparks required these conditions be present : 1) Tensile impact loading on the rope; 2) Uneven stresses on the steel strands, or irregular arrangement of the jaws holding the rope.
