巷道局部弱支护围岩应力场及稳定性分析

基于圆形巷道局部弱支护力学模型,用自然边界元法推导出围岩内应力函数的边界积分公式,对比分析了底板不支护、底板局部弱支护、巷道全周边弱支护、巷道全周边均匀强支护时围岩内应力随角度的变化规律.采用Burger-creep模型,利用FLAC软件模拟分析了深部弱支护巷道边界位移的蠕变规律、围岩塑性区的分布规律等.研究表明:巷道全周边弱支护时,顶、底及两帮破坏并发,初始阶段两帮蠕变速度最快.巷道局部弱支护时,在弱支护范围的两侧出现水平及垂直位移集中现象,围岩从弱支护部位鼓出.底板局部未支护时,底板破坏严重、底鼓量是全周边弱支护时的5倍,塑性区不断向两帮及顶板延伸;底板不支护或弱支护时,通过顶板强支护并不能抑制底鼓现象.研究巷道局部弱支护现象及其发展过程,对于完善巷道支护设计,有针对性地改进支护结构,具有指导意义.

英文摘要:

Based on the mechanical model of circular roadway with local short supporting,we have developed the boundary integral formula of stress function of rock surrounding roadway by natural boundary element method and analyzed the changing of stress in surrounding rock with the angle by comparing with the different supporting conditions such as floor-no-supporting,floor local short supporting,full short supporting and full strong supporting.Adopting a burger creep model and simulating by FLAC software,we have analyzed the creep rules of boundary displacements and distribution rules of plastic zone of surrounding rock of deep roadway with short supporting.The research results indicate that when the roadway is fully short supported,its floor,roof and two sides are destroyed simultaneously and at the initial stage the creep velocity of the two sides is the fastest.When the roadway is locally short supported,the horizontal and vertical displacements are concentrated on the two sides of short supporting area,and the surrounding rock is heaved from the short supporting position.When the floor of roadway is locally non-supported,the floor deformation is serious and the floor heave is five times as great as that of full short supporting and the plastic area extends continuously to the two sides and the roof.As for the conditions of floor-non-supporting or short supporting,the floor heave phenomena cannot be suppressed only by strengthening the supporting to the roof.In a word,the study on the local short supporting of roadway and its development process is of great significance to perfecting the supporting design and improving the supporting structure of the roadway.
