首次采用了颗粒流程序PFC^2D模拟垮落区充填中煤层采出、顶板垮落、充填的整个动态过程;为研究垮落区注浆充填压实特性,建立了122个PFC^2D模型进行了数值模拟试验,分别研究了垮落区的充填量,作用在充填体上的载荷Q,充填体的弹性模量和胶结特性等4个因素与垮落区充填压实特性的关系.结果表明,垮落区的充填量是影响垮落区充填体压实特性的首要因素,充填体的弹性模量和充填体上所加载荷大小对垮落区充填的压实特性影响显著,充填体的胶结特性对垮落区的压实特性影响有限.PFC^2D是研究垮落区注浆充填的有效手段.
The paper firstly simulates the dynamic process of grouting backfill in caving area, including coal mining, roof collapse, and backfill, by using PFC^2D(Particle Flow Code in 2 dimensions). 122 PFC^2D models are set up to study the relation of backfill quantity, load Q on backfill body, elasticity modulus of backfill body, and cementation character of backfill body to the compaction character of grouting backfill in caving area. The results indicate that the back- fill quantity is the most important factor, elasticity modulus of backfill body and load on back- fill body are the important ones which affect the compaction character of grouting backfill in caving area, while the effect of cementation character of backfill body is limited. PFC^2D is an effective means in the research on grouting backfill in caving area.
