施工仿真技术的研发为高堆石坝建设中工程进度的分析、优化与控制提供了有效途径。本文结合系统仿真技术、数据库技术、可视化技术、系统集成技术和实时监控技术,开展了高堆石坝施工仿真与优化的理论方法与技术研究。在仿真系统构成方面,将高堆石坝施工仿真与优化系统划分为土石方动态平衡与优化调配、施工场内交通仿真、坝面填筑过程精细化仿真、施工全过程仿真、基于实时监控的动态仿真5个功能模块。分析了各模块的功能、相互关系及实现原理。工程应用实例表明,该系统可有效提高高堆石坝施工组织设计的水平和效率,为工程进度的管理与控制提供重要保证。
Construction simulation has advantages in the analysis, optimization and control of construction progress. Linked to the technology of system simulation, database, visualization, system integration and re altime monitoring, the theory and method of high rockfilled dam construction's simulation and optimiza tion is carried out. In the composition of the simulation system, the construction simulation and optimiza tion system of high rockfilled dam is divided into five modules, which are respectively the dynamic bal ance and optimization allocation of earth module, the traffic simulation of construction module, the fine sim ulation of roller compaction construction module, the simulation for whole construction process module and the dynamic simulation based on realtime monitoring module. Their functions, interrelation and realization principles are analyzed. System application results show that the level of construction organization design can be improved effectively. The system can provide support for the management and control of construction progress.
