通过对原有拦冰索型式的优化和改进,提出一种双缆网式拦冰索.适当设置该拦冰索不仅在结冰期能够促进稳定冰盖的形成,缩短流凌期时间;而且在融冰期能够减少拦冰索下游冰凌输送量,降低冰塞、冰坝发生的可能性,提高流凌期输水能力.通过真冰物理模型试验研究发现,拦冰索的作用过程可以划分为发展期、平衡期和失效期3个阶段.平衡期顺流向索力均值可以作为衡量拦冰索拦冰能力的指标.通过量纲分析获得该指标的计算公式,为南水北调中线工程冰期输水过程中拦冰索的应用提供依据.
Through optimization and improvement of the original pattern of ice boom, a "net-style ice boom with two axes" was proposed. Appropriate installation of the ice boom not only can promote formation of the stable ice cover and shorten ice-flood duration, but also has the ability to reduce ice throughput and the possibility of ice jam and ice dam forming, and thus improves the water transport capacity. Through research on the physic model test with real ice, it is found that the action process of the ice boom can be divided into three phases: development phase, equilibrium phase and failure phase, and the average cable force in downstream direction during the equilibrium phase can be used as indicator to measure the ability of ice interception. Through dimensional analysis a formula to calculate the above-mentioned indicator has been obtained, which can provide assistance to the application of ice boom in the water transport process during ice period in the middle line of south-to-north water transfer project.
