为了提高工作流管理系统的柔性以满足现代企业多变的业务需求，本文基于活动网络图提出一种完全面向企业用户的工作流建模方法，给出其形式化定义，构建一个工作流模型，并结合一个抽象的流程示意图重点论述其演进规则。在此工作流模型的基础上开发的工作流管理系统的使用情况表明，它完全满足客户多变的实际需求。

In order to improve the flexibility of workflow management systems to meet the ever-changing modern enterprise busi- ness needs, this article brings up an completely enterprise user oriented modeling method and provides its formal defination and constructs a workflow model on the basis of the activity network, and then focus on the evolution of its rides on the basis of an ab- stract flow diagram. The usage of the workflow management system developed on the basis of the workflow model shows that it full- y meets the actual ever-changing needs of customers.
