研究了一类流水作业质量检验的检验设备组合问题。工件的加工采用流水作业形式,加工过程包含若干个操作,各操作分别在其对应的机床上进行,并由对应的质量检验设备进行检验操作结果是否满足要求。对应每一工序存在多台候选检验设备,这些检验设备具有相同的检验功能,但检验代价和错检率不同。在不同检验设备组合下,工件的净收益期望值不同。本文以工件的净收益期望值为目标函数,给出了一种求解算法,并证明了由该算法所得到组合的最优性。
The problem of the combination of inspection facilities for flow shop quality inspection is studied in this paper. The part is to be processed in the form of flow shop. The manufacturing process consists of several operations. Each operation is to be completed on its corresponding machine and the corresponding quality inspection facility is applied to check the operation result. For each stage, there exist multiple candidate inspection facilities which have the same inspection function but differ in the inspection cost and error rate. The expectation of net income differs under different combinations of inspection facilities. With the expectation of net income as the objective function, we give an algorithm and prove the optimality of the combination obtained from the algorithm.
