由于现场工艺复杂,容易发生突发性事故,故安全生产是连续碳酸化分解过程的基础。本文结合连续碳酸化分解过程的机理特征和经验知识,开发了连续碳酸化分解过程实时监控专家系统。首先将碳酸化分解过程的机理特征和经验知识进行分类,然后采用面向对象的产生式规则表示知识,设计了基于规则的监控知识库,最后描述了基于前向搜索的监控推理机。实际运行表明,该系统提高了整个生产流程运行的安全性,减少了安全事故的发生。
The continuous carbonation decomposition is basic of the safety production as the process is so complex that technique accident occurs easily. In this paper, It apply the principle knowledge and experience of continuous carbonation decomposition to design a real-time monitoring system in the process of continuous carbonation decomposition (RMSCCD). Firstly, the principle knowledge and experience is classified, the expert knowledge is expressed by objectedoriented production rule, Based on rules it designed the monitoring knowledge database(MB). At last, ahead-searchingmethod is applied to realizing the inference engine. Practical results show that it enhances the safety and diminishes accidents in the process of continuous carbonation decomposition.
