随着我国高等教育对大学生学习困难关注度的日渐提升,"学习困难"已经成为高校教育研究的重点。对以运城学院为代表的学生进行问卷调查、个别谈话和数据统计,从学习动机、学习意志、自我效能感、学习策略以及学校的管理角度分析"学习困难学生"形成的原因,从提高学习动机、提高效能感、转变观念、实施科学学习策略、改变管理方式等五个方面提出相应的转变策略,以切实提高地方本科院校的教育教学水平,为社会输送合格的高等教育人才。
With the increasing attention to the undergraduates' learning difficulty by our tertiary education, " Learning Difficulty" has been extended from our elementary education to tertiary education. In light of the features of student source and development in local universities,the causes and strategies of the students with "learning difficulty" should be analyzed concretely. By taking questionnaire surveys,individual interview and data statistics in the samples of students in Yuncheng University,the paper analyzed the causes of those students and put forward some tentative suggestions for the hope of improving the education of local universities.
