本文设计了一种在沉井下沉定位过程中进行自动测量的系统,通过采用两台全站仪测量沉井的空间位置,并借助倾斜仪的观测数据对沉井倾角进行修正,提高了定位精度;利用无线通信模块远程控制全站仪与倾斜仪采集数据,实现了对沉井下沉过程的自动监测;定位过程中只需在沉井上安装三个棱镜和一个倾斜仪即可进行坐标转换,减少对沉井分节下沉的施工影响,降低了成本风险。
The paper designs an automatic surveying system for well-sinking posture,which improves the positioning accuracy by using two total stations to measure the space position and one inclinometer to survey the tilt angles. The system realizes well-sinking be monitored automatically in the process of sinking,which collects data by a wireless communication module to control the total stations and inclinometer. This system can reduce the impacts on section sinking and reduce the cost risk,because it only needs three prisms and one inclinometer installed on the well-sinking to calculate the position by coordinate transfromation.
