采用萃取-蒸馏两步法从稀盐酸提取氯化氢气体,并优化过程工艺。首先以胺类萃取剂对稀盐酸中氯化氢进行萃取,实现稀盐酸中氯化氢和大部分水的分离。再对有机萃取液进行蒸馏,实现有机萃取液中氯化氢和少部分水的进一步分离,达到从稀盐酸中提取氯化氢的目的。在优化条件下,即萃取剂浓度50%,相比1,萃取温度25℃,蒸馏温度140℃,蒸馏时间6 h。萃取过程稀盐酸中氯化氢单级萃取率为58.38%,蒸馏过程有机萃取液中氯化氢单级逸出率为78.86%。
Hydrogen chloride gas was received from dilute hydrochloric acid by extraction and distillation and the process was optimized. Hydrogen chloride was extracted from dilute hydrochloric acid by amine extractant. And the separation of hydrogen chloride and most water in dilute hydrochloric acid was realized. Then the organic extract was distilled. The hydrogen chloride and a little water in the organic extract were further separated. Under the optimal conditions as follows: 50% extraetant, phase ratio with 1, 25 ℃ as extraction temperature, 140 ℃ as distillation temperature and distillation time with 6 h, a extraction rate of 58, 38% for hydrogen chloride in dilute hydrochloric acid and an escaping ratio of.78.86% for hydrogen chloride in the organic extract were attained by one batch.
