研究目的:探索西南丘陵山区高标准基本农田建设区域的划定,为高标准基本农田建设区域的选择提供理论依据。研究方法:层次分析法、熵权法、理想解逼近法、四象限法。研究结果:研究区域中"高质量高适宜"区域的耕地面积为25118.19 hm2,占铜梁区耕地总面积的37.74%,该区域是目前高标准基本农田建设的最佳区域,主要分布在蒲吕镇、东城街道、虎峰镇与南城街道等区域;"高质量低适宜"与"低质量高适宜"区域的耕地面积共为26506.19 hm2,占耕地总面积的39.82%,该区域为高标准基本农田建设的有条件区域,主要集中在永嘉、旧县、平滩、福果与水口等乡镇;"低质量低适宜"区域为暂不建设区域,其耕地面积为14936.54 hm2,占耕地总面积的22.44%,主要集中在维新镇、大庙镇、围龙镇。研究结论:实地调查表明,该方法具有一定的实用性,其评价结果定量直观,可为高标准基本农田建设区域划定提供方法参考。
In order to provide theoretical basis for region choice of high-standard primary farmland construction, this paper explores division on construction region of high-standard primary farmland in the southwestern hilly area. The methods used in this paper include analytic hierarchy process, entropy method, approximation to ideal solution and four-quadrant method. The results show that HQHS zone is the best area for the high-standard primary farmland, which is 25118.19 hm2 and mainly distributed in Polu Town, Hufeng Town, East Street and South Street etc, accounting for 37.74% of total cultivated area in Tongliang district. The HQLS and LQHS zones are conditionally construction regions of high-standard primary farmland, which are 26506.19 hm2 and account for 39.82% of total cultivated area in Tongliang District. They are mainly distributed in Yongjia town, Jiuxian Town, Pingtan Town, Fugou and Shuikou Town etc. The LQLS zone which is 14936.54 hm2 and mainly lies in Weixin Town, Damiao Town as well as Weilong Town, accounting for 22.44% of the total arable area, is not suitable for construction temporarily. The paper concluded that based on field surveying, the methods used in this paper have practicability to some extent and evaluation results are both quantitative and intuitive, which could be a reference method for division on high-standard primary farmland.
