随着劳动力市场结构日趋复杂,雇员的可雇佣能力逐步得到关注。有关可雇佣能力的研究可以划分为“雇员-需求”、“教育-供给”和“均衡-匹配”三个维度。研究视角也从对可雇佣能力的概念和作用的考察过渡到可雇佣能力的形成及影响因素方面,并进一步注重研究的实践导向,围绕大学生群体的讨论日益增多。目前,国内对于可雇佣能力的研究仍刚起步,有必要在劳动力市场结构、具体行业特征以及多元影响因素等方面进一步深入。
