选取工业增加值占地区生产总值比重等指标构建河南四化同步效用评价指标体系,运用同步效用评价模型对2006—2013年河南四化同步协调度进行评价,利用泰尔指数测度中原城市群等经济区的同步差异并进行分解.研究结果表明：河南四化同步整体进入初级协调阶段,城镇化和农业现代化发展水平优于工业化和信息化发展水平,同步总差异呈雁形变化特征,经济区区域内差异比区域间差异明显,是影响同步收敛的主要影响因子.
英文摘要：
The paper selects the industrial added value accounted for the proportion of GDP and others to construct the evaluation index system of Henan four modernizations synchronous effectiveness evaluation index system, which uses synchronous effective evaluation model from 2006 to 2013 in Henan province, which meas-ures and decomposes the synchronous difference of the Centural Plain Unban Agglomeration using the Theil In-dex. The results indicates that Henan four modernizations simultaneous entry into the primary coordination stage and development index of urbanization and agricultural modernization is superior to that of industrialization and information, whose total synchronization difference is goose change characteristics and whose regional economic differences is obvious so that it becomes the main influence factor of the synchronous convergence.
