目的用正交设计法优选盐仙茅的炮制工艺,为该药材的临床用药提供参考。方法采用HPLC测定仙茅苷含量,流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(21:79),检测波长285 nm;以仙茅苷含量为评价指标,通过L9(34)正交试验法考察食盐用量、蒸制压力、蒸制时间对盐仙茅炮制工艺的影响。结果最佳炮制工艺为食盐用量1.5%,蒸制压力为0.01 MPa,蒸制时间为1.5 h。结论该工艺节时、节能、合理可行,为盐仙茅的工业化生产提供参考。
The processing technology of salted Curculigo was optimized by orthogonal design. Methods HPLC analysis was employed to determine the content of curculigoside with the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution( 21: 79).The detection wavelength was set at 285 nm. The influencing factorors such as the salt concentration,the steaming pressure and the steaming time were investigated by the orthogonal test L9( 34) druing the process of processing technology with the index of the content of curculigoside. The best processing conditions were that the salt dosage was 1. 5 %,the steam pressure was 0. 01 MPa and the steaming time was 1. 5 h,which was stable,feasible and applicable for the industrial production of salted Curculigo.
